Objective/Brief

We developed an accessible and user-friendly online platform designed to streamline the process of reporting maintenance issues. This platform allows the general public to report repairs needed for anything from building structures to equipment within a facility.

Challenge

Our platform needed to efficiently handle a high volume of repair reports and complaints that could arise simultaneously. It was essential that all data be swiftly, accurately, and comprehensively transmitted to the administrators. This information would then be stored in a database and displayed on a dashboard, enabling future improvements in service management.
