C2 Dinking Water: Loyalty Program on LINE Platform
Objective / Brief
C2 Water is a brand new drinking water in the market. They want to launch their product as an environmentally friendly alternative, while recruit fanbase into their CRM platform.
Challenge
C2 Water launches their product in 2023, with Jackson Wang as a presenter. They aim to promote their product to the general public as an environmentally friendly alternative to other water bottle brands and build a loyal fanbase.
In addition, C2 Water also wants to capture customer data of its fanbase via loyalty program and use that data to create future campaigns.
Project Details
We developed a loyalty program in LINE Official Account, in a partnership with Buzzebees, Thailand’s No.1 CRM solution provider. C2 Water customers can register and participate in exclusive campaigns such as meet and greet with Jackson Wang lucky draw and become part of C2 Water’s fanbase.
