Objective / Brief

Jorakay is a building material company that seeks to retain their customer to use and understand more about their products. Their goal is to build a community for Thai builders.

Challenge

Jorakay aims to create a community that can improve the experiences of customer who are builders and retain them through exclusive benefits and personalized content in one platform.

Jorakay also wishes to enrich their customer’s career by providing new construction skills through Jorakay credentials in Jorakay Academy courses.

Project Details

We developed a loyalty program where customers who register can receive numerous benefits through collecting points from purchasing Jorakay products, redeeming exclusive rewards and receive personalized contents in LINE OA.

Customers can also take construction courses in Jorakay Academy in order to improve their skills and gain professional credentials when they finish the courses with Jorakay certificates.
